Weekly camp covers various types of shooting:
Shoot in the field archery roving range, bare bow with no sites, learn basic techniques.
Tune up existing form if JOAD
Fun Shoots : balloon shoots, animal plate shoots,tic-tac-toe,quick shoots
Advanced archers
will be focusing on: Tuning up NTS form, various techniques including breathing,
timing, preparation, finger & string position, getting into "the moment" of the shot,
equipment reviews and why brace height is important
Student must be a USA Archery recreational member, or higher, prior to first day of class to participate. Must bring membership card to first day of class.

About:
Basic Archery Camp;
ages
10
and up
Concentrated course covering basics, and suitable for those who have never shot a bow, or those with some previous experience. Class covers: Eye Dominance, Archery safety rules, Warm-up exercises, Archery tackle sized to Archer (all equipment supplied and taught using recurve equipment), Proper shooting techniques -"Basic Steps", Grouping & consistency, scoring.
The focus is on "What happens at the shooting line, controls what happens at the target" If focus and form are correct, the gold will follow.
Advanced archers
will be focusing on form assessment, various techniques including breathing, timing, preparation, finger & string position, getting into "the moment" of the shot, equipment reviews and why brace height is important,
All safety gear and equipment will be provided. (Bow, arrows, finger tab, arm guard, quiver)
